Need help registering for a vaccination appointment? If you are age 65 or older, call 211 to schedule an appointment and to access transportation services to and from your vaccine appointment.

Want the vaccine brought to you? If you are under age 65, or would like an in-home vaccination, call 808-586-8332 or 833-711-0645 for help scheduling an appointment.
